Next-Level Productivity
You probably started learning how to schedule your time and keep track of a To Do list in your early teens. You may have tried numerous approaches to task tracking, such as making lists, putting tasks on a calendar, or using a task management app. If you're like most people, these approaches are barely working. You have been successful in spite of your approach to time and task management – not because of it. Your inbox is flooded with email. Every day, you waste time reviewing a growing list of tasks, trying to figure out what the top priority is and updating due dates because you're constantly behind. Stuff falls through the cracks. Customers, peers, and bosses complain that you didn’t do what you said you would do.
In Next-Level Productivity, you will learn practical techniques you can apply to keep track of what's important, respond to critical communications quickly, and follow through on what you said you're going to do. You will learn actionable steps you can take to master your inbox, clean up your calendar, and significantly decrease the amount of time spent managing your To Do list.
In this class, you will learn more than concepts. By the end of this class, you will have implemented a Lean Kanban task management system and engaged in task sizing and prioritization exercises.
