Enterprise Edition

Our Enterprise plans offer more support and a broader selection of options for training larger teams.

Customer Success Manager

We know it can be overwhelming to kick off a new training initiative. You don't have to do it on your own. Let us help. All enterprise plans come with a Customer Success Manager. We'll help you get your new team and sub-teams set up and we can help you start enrolling your first students.

If you'll let us, we'd love to do one or a few webinars, introducing the training. We typically target these at front-line managers. First, we focus on the value and help folks understand why they should want to invest in training, even though they're busy (actually because they're busy). Next, we advise on how to get the most out of the training and achieve successful outcomes. Lastly, we go through the practical aspects of using the platform, ensuring that everyone is setup and ready to train their team.

Beyond on-boarding, your Customer Success Manager is also available to help with anything else that comes up throughout the year. Support is available by phone and video conferencing in addition to email.

Two Types of Enterprise Plans

Whether you're a global technology company that's been around for over a hundred years or a growing regional outfit, you will do well with one of the following two options.

Option 1: Host in Your Own LMS

Many larger companies have invested in their own learning management system (LMS) platform. This allows managers to assign a broad array of learning paths covering a wide selection of topics - everything from workplace safety to cybersecurity awareness to anti-harassment training.

Our training is compliant with SCORM 2004 4th edition. We host the courses, so you only need a lightweight SCORM package. This simplifies the approach of loading our content into your platform and minimizes the impact on your bandwidth and storage caps.

When hosting in your own LMS, you don't need to purchase a quantity of licenses up-front. Instead, you'll pay as you go. Every month, you'll get a bill for all the course registrations from the previous month. You can pay by check or credit card, but we hope you'll pay by ACH.

Option 2: Utilize Our Platform

Not everyone has implemented their own LMS. You're welcome to use our platform. To make it easier to manage large teams, we offer several administrative features that you won't see on the regular team plans.

Sub-Teams

When you have dozens or hundreds of employees going through training, it can be helpful to segment them into smaller sub-teams. Or perhaps you want to setup team leaders in each branch or region with their own teams, but not let them see training records for every employee in the company.

With our sub-team feature, you can easily build a hierarchy of teams. The top-level team will always be able to view everyone's training. You can assign people to teams, promote students to be team leaders, and promote team leaders to manage the next team up. And of course, you can remove those team management permissions, too.

This is a great way to get your regional ops managers involved in training the folks that roll up directly to them.

Gamification

Encourage your staff to compete with their peers. Our gamification option takes advantage of peer pressure and the opportunity to show off your skills. We calculate scores for each student and publicize them on the Scoreboard (restricted to your company only - we do not share data between customers).

MFA

Some people consider training records to be personally identifiable information (PII). To safeguard access to employee training records, enable multi-factor authentication (MFA). With MFA active on your account, team leaders will need to use an authenticator app to sign in on new devices and every 30 days on the same device.

Locked In Pricing

When you sign up for an enterprise plan using our platform, your pricing is locked in for the contract term. This ensures that you are protected from future potential price increases.

Pricing Approach

Pricing for the option 2 enterprise plan consists of two parts.

First, you will pay up-front for the number of licenses you need. This is discounted from regular street pricing and higher volumes of licenses result in deeper discounts. Each license is valid for one year from when the license is assigned to a person or for five years from purchase, whichever comes first.

Second, there is an annual maintenance fee for operating the platform. This covers the cost of hosting and administration, regardless of the number of licenses. It's not a big fee, but we break it out separately so that we can keep the per-license cost down. An active maintenance contract is required in order to access option 2 enterprise training. We'll be sure to let you know before your term expires so you have an opportunity to use any remaining licenses.
